Processing & Fulfillment
All Aura Sienne products are handcrafted in small batches. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and prepared for shipment. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information the moment your package leaves our studio.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on package weight and destination. We offer standard ground shipping across the United States, typically arriving within 3–7 business days after fulfillment.
Transit and Settling Note
Because our formulas utilize natural plant-derived carrier oils and fine mineral micas, minor settling during transit is completely normal. Give your bottle a firm shake before application to re-distribute the shimmer.
Damaged or Missing Packages
- For Stolen or Missing Packages: If your tracking status shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a missing package claim.
- For Damaged Packages: If your package arrives physically broken or leaking due to carrier mishandling, do not discard the item or packaging. Please photograph the damage immediately and contact the shipping carrier directly to file a formal damage claim.
