Refund policy
All Sales Are Final
Due to the cosmetic and personal-care nature of our products, all Aura Sienne purchases are final sale. For health, hygiene, and product-integrity reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, shade or texture preference, incorrect product selection, or products that have been opened, used, tested, altered, or improperly stored.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Every order is inspected before being carefully packed for shipment. If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or appears to have a material product defect, please contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.
To be considered, your claim must include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photographs or video showing the reported issue
- Photographs of the product, its original packaging, the shipping container, and the shipping label
Please retain the product and all original packaging until your claim has been fully reviewed. We may request additional photographs, video, or the return of the item before determining eligibility.
Submitting a claim does not automatically qualify it for a replacement or refund. Normal product characteristics, minor cosmetic or packaging variations, personal preferences, damage occurring after delivery, misuse, improper storage, and unauthorized alterations are not considered defects.
Approved claims will ordinarily be resolved with a replacement of the same item, subject to availability. If the item is unavailable, Aura Sienne may provide an appropriate alternative, store credit, or refund. Claims that are incomplete, unsupported, duplicated, submitted outside the 48-hour reporting period, or reasonably determined to be fraudulent or inconsistent with the reported issue may be denied.
This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
Cancellations and Order Changes
Our fulfillment process begins shortly after an order is submitted. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once processing has begun.
Please carefully review your product selections, quantities, payment information, and shipping address before completing your purchase. Aura Sienne is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout.
